现代远程教育通过信息技术和现代通信技术,可以突破时空限制把学校的教学资源输送给学习者。但在这种教育形式能否向学习者输送学校精神和校园文化的问题上,多数人是持否定态度的。本文通过对现代远程教育网站文化建设的讨论,提出现代远程教育网站文化建设是必要的。针对目前的状态,提出现代远程教育网站文化建设的基本要求。

The modern distance education through information technology and modern communication technolo-gy,can break the limitation of time and space to the school teaching resources delivered to the learners. But whether the delivery school spirit and campus culture to the learners in this form of education issues, the majority of people hold negative attitude.In this paper,through the discussion of Modern Distance Edu-cation Web site cultural construction,proposed the modern distance education web site cultural construction is necessary.In view of the present state,put forward the basic requirements of the construction of modern distance education web culture.
