随着近几年我国的市场经济的发展和高科学技术的不断进步,在工业上运用的新技术也越来越多,技术要求也越来越高,在数控机床领域也不断采用新技术—PCL技术,它对于数控机床的控制发挥了很大的作用,在数控机床故障诊断方面做出了突出的贡献,本文对PLC在数控机床故障诊断中的运用做出了一定的阐述和分析。

Along with the development of market economy of our country in recent years and high science and technology advances, new techniques used in industry more and more,technical requirements also more and more high,in the field of nc machine tool has been used new technology - photo technology,it for nc machine tool control play a large role,in the aspect of nc machine tool fault diagnosis has made the prominent contribution,in this paper the application of PLC in the nc machine tool fault diagnosis has made the elaboration and analysis.
