目标管理在电力工程造价中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of target management in electric power engineering cost

随着经济的发展与用电需求量的日益增加,我国电力工程规模逐步加大。在我国大力推行建设环境节约型与社会友好型社会的背景下,电力工程必须将节能减排作为重要目标之一,在经济投入最少的情况下提升工程建设效力。本文基于这一发展特点,以目标管理这一先进理念为指导,分析了目标管理在电力工程中的作用,并在此基础上提出了几项应用要点,旨在通过目标管理思想提升电力科技在工程中的应用程度,让电力科技充分发挥。

With the development of economy and the increasing demand for electricity,China gradually in-crease the size of electric power engineering.In our country,vigorously promote the construction of re-source conserving and environment friendly society under the social background of electric power engineer-ing,must be energy-saving emission reduction as one of the important goals in the economic investment, minimum conditions to promote engineering construction effect.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the development,management by objectives of this advanced concept as guidance,analysis the function of objective management in electric power engineering, and puts forward several points of application,aims at the application level of target management ideas to enhance the power of science and technology in engi-neering, let the electric power science and technology into full play.
