西部地区城乡电子教育资源统筹配置的路径探索——以西安市为例

Path of electronic educational resources to co-ordinate western region urban and rural——In Xi'an City as an example

电子教育资源的合理配置影响着城乡教育的统筹发展。在城乡教育一体化进程中,电子教育资源配置的不均衡影响了教育的公平性,导致社会阶层固化,贫困代际传递。以西部地区的西安市为例,有效配置城乡电子教育资源的路径是:调整城乡教育的投资比例,创新教育投入供给机制;实行师资配置制度和合理的教师流动制度;建立多元办学模式,发展电子化农村特色教育。

Rational allocation of electronic educational resources affect urban and rural education and ru-ral development.In the process of integration of urban and rural education,e-learning resource allocation does not affect the fairness of a balanced education,leading to social class cured,intergenerational trans-mission of poverty.In the western region of Xi’an example,the efficient allocation of resources in urban and rural e-education path is:adjust the proportion of urban and rural education investment,innovation in-vestment in education supply mechanism;implement teacher teacher allocation system and reasonable flow sys-tem;establish diverse school system,the development of electronic characteristics of rural education.
