摘要
内电力系统紧急减负荷为调研对象,对国内电力系统安全稳定准则概况进行了调研综合分析。从国内第二道防线中的安控减负荷以及第三道防线中的低频减负荷、低压减负荷等三个方面,对国内紧急减负荷现状进行了阐述与分析。最后对我国特高压交直流电网的紧急减负荷提出了建议。
The paper investigates domestic power system emergency load shedding and conducts a comprehensive analysis of domestic power system security and stability standards.From the aspects of security control load shedding in the second defense line of power system and underfrequency load shedding and undervoltage load shedding in the third defense line of power system,the status of domestic emergency load shedding is elaborated and analyzed. Finally,the suggestions on the emergency load shedding of domestic UHV AC/DC power system is proposed.
