光伏热斑效应及光伏阵列输出特性的仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 用matlab搭建了硅太阳能电池仿真模型,分析了光伏电池在不同光照强度下的输出特性。光伏阵列被部分遮挡可能会产生热斑效应,分析了热斑效应形成的原因并仿真分析了太阳能电池并联旁路二极管的输出特性,验证了并联旁路二极管可以降低热斑效应的危害。分析了旁路二极管的数量对光伏阵列安全性的影响,最后还分析了阻塞二极管的作用和对光伏阵列的影响。 The simulation model of silicon solar cells array was built based on the matlab, thus analyzing the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells under different insolation. Hot-spot effect might happen when PV array was sheltered partly. The reason of the formation of hot-spot effect was analyzed,and the output characteristics of bypass diode in the solar cells were simulated.The effect of bypass diode to reduce the harm of hot-spot effect was verified. Besides,the influence of the number of bypass diode to PV array security was analyzed,as well as the role of blocking diode and the impact of PV array.
