摘要
采用直线位移传感器获取电能表压接过程中弹簧的形变,把直线机械位移量转换成电信号,在压接过程中可以实时获取位移、压接力、最大应力以及最大应变信号数据。测试系统适用于大电流工作环境以及不适用于直接黏贴应变片的情况,通过对应力应变的监测增加了压接过程的可靠性。
Using linear displacement sensors watt-hour meter spring deformation in the process of pressure, the linear mechanical displacement into electrical signals,can obtain real-time displacement in the process of pressure,the maximum stress and maximum strain signal pressure,relay and data.Test system is applied to large current working environment,and not to directly paste strain gauge,through the monitoring of stress and strain increase the reliability of the crimping process.
