摘要
桥式起重机械是国民经济发展中必不可缺的物料搬运输送设备和工业安装设备。但是传统的桥式起重机存在转换效率低,能耗大,成本高等缺点,笔者根据起重机的特点,设计了PLC-变频节能方案,并投入运行和进行了能效测试,达到了预期的目的。
The bridge crane material handling indispensable in the development of national economy of transport equipment and industrial equipment installation.But the existence of the traditional bridge crane low conversion efficiency, high energy consumption,high cost,according to the characteristics of the crane, design of energy saving scheme of PLC- inverter,and put into operation and the energy efficiency testing, and achieves the expected objective.
