摘要 随着社会经济的飞速发展以及科技的不断进步,传统的网络概念已经不能完全适应信息时代高速发展的实际需要,网络技术的发展有了新的要求。新的通信网络要求不但在固定通信领域,而且要在移动通信领域都要能提供优质的网络服务质量。如果要保证新一代网络的服务质量,就需要各个实体、各个层面的服务质量机制相互地配合协同。 With the rapid development of social economy and the progress of science and technology,the traditional network concept has been unable to fully meet the actual needs of the rapid development of the information age,the development of network technology has new requirements. Communication network new requirements not only in the fixed communication field, but also in the field of mobile communication will provide high quality network service quality.If you want to ensure that a new generation of network quality of service, we need each entity,quality of service mechanisms at all levels of mutual coordination.
