摘要
时代的进步,带动科技的发展,当前信息技术现已广泛的应用于各行各业,在企业管理中人力资源管理是重要的组成部分,在信息化发展的环境下,企业的人力资源管理方法和管理模式开始进行革新和转变,形成高效的人力资源管理系统。新形成的人力资源管理系统,通过自身的性能和优势,完成人力资源信息管理的相关工作,转变人力资源信息的管理工作方式,实现高效化管理。结合时代特征,利用先进的科学技术,形成新的人力资源管理途径和方法,形成人力资源管理信息系统。所以保证信息系统的设计和建立,满足用户需求,推动人力资源管理工作的顺利、高效进行。为此,本文针对与人力资源管理信息系统设计的相关内容进行分析研究。
The progress of The Times,promote the development of science and technology,the current information technology has been widely applied in all walks of life,human resource management in enterprise management is an important part of the informationization development environment,the enterprise human resources management method and management pattern to innovation and transformation,forming efficient human resources management system.New form of human resources management system,through its own performance and advantage,human resources information management related work,transformation of the mode of human resources information management and realize efficient management.Combined with the feature of era,the use of advanced science and technology,and form a new human resource management ways and methods,the formation of human resource management information system.So to ensure that the information system design and build,to meet user needs,facilitate the smooth and efficient of the human resources management work.Therefore,in this paper and the content about the design of human resource management information system are studied.
