摘要
利用传统方法调整分光计时,无法进行易操作的,定量化的调整,导致粗调质量很差,很多时候"反射十字像"根本无法在分划板上呈像,导致下一步的精调无法推进。针对这个问题,本文提出了外置式激光辅助调节装置的改进方案,利用该装置可以有效提高粗调精度,缩短分光计的调整总时间。
For using traditional methods to adjust spectrometer,it is not easy to operate and quantitative adjustment.By this way,the coarse adjustment quality is poor,"reflection image of the cross" does not appear in the reticle,eventually,fine tune of the next step could not be continued.Aiming at this problem,the improvement scheme of external laser auxiliary adjusting device is put forward. It can effectively improve the coarse adjustment accuracy and shorten the total time of adjusting the spectrometer.
