摘要
本文对SA387 Gr.11 CL1耐热钢采用手工电弧焊的焊接方法进行了工艺试验,分析了SA387 Gr.11 CL1耐热钢手工电弧焊的焊接特点,提出了手工电弧焊合理的焊接工艺,检验焊接质量,测试焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明,焊接工艺参数合理,在焊接接头中未发现任何缺陷,焊缝质量良好;焊接接头强度、塑性达到要求,获得了良好的焊接接头。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of SA387 Gr.11 CL1 manual welding.The results show that the reasonable welding process parameters,did not find any defect in the welding joint,good weld quality; Met the requirement of the welded joint strength,plasticity,good welding joint are obtained
