摘要
本文介绍了一个烟用丝束生产线的自动控制系统的下位机程序设计。本方案采用的是西门子S7系列412-5H双冗余CPU,该控制器能够实现主备CPU在出现故障时实时切换。通讯采用的是PROFIBUS-DP主从站通讯网络方式,以控制器作为主站,每个集成模块ET200作为子站。使用SIMATIC Manager STEP7V5.5+SP2作为程序的编程软件。
This paper introduces the design of lower machine program of an automatic control system of a cigarette tow production line.The program uses 412-5H dual redundant as system CPU from Siemens S7 series, the controller can achieve real-time switching in case of failure.Communication system uses PROFIBUS-DP master and slave network approach.the system take the controller as a master station,integrated module ET200 as sub-stations.use SIMATIC Manager STEP7V5.5 + SP2 as the programming software.
