Education is the trend in the world of international education development,Sino-foreign cooperative teaching has become a model for the internationalization of education.Distributed distance learning platform software is the technical foundation to achieve cooperation model.This paper studies the distance education information dissemination and management,gives a complete system based on the structure and overall design concept of distance learning teaching platform for effective sharing of resources to provide technical solutions.
