摘要
针对国内各大煤矿的需求,设计了一种基于ATmega16的矿用排水监控系统,该系统由信号采集模块、can总线通讯模块、电源模块、I/O控制模块、上位机模块组成,实现了水压、流量、温度实时监测以及水泵启停控制等功能,并配以自行设计的上位机显示界面,使整套开发系统兼备可视化与实时性的双重要求。
For the demand of domestic coal mines,this paper designed an mine drainage control system based on the chip of ATmega16,the system is composed of the signal acquisition module,can bus communication module,power supply module,I/O control module and the host computer module,it achieved a real-time monitoring of water pressure,flow,temperature of the hydrological observation point,and the start and stop control function of pump,and also accompanied by a self-designed PC display interface,and the whole development system has dual requirement of visualization and real-time.
