本文设计了基于IaaS云管理平台的招飞管理系统,解决了现有招飞系统集成度不高、信息共享度不高、功能单一、人性化程度低等的问题。并通过设立私用航空器服务系统、飞行员跟踪系统和政策研究中心来满足为了航空大发展对飞行员招飞与管理工作的要求。

This paper designed the recruitment management system IaaS cloud management platform based on the flying cadets,solves the problems of system integration is not high,the information sharing degree is not high,single function,low degree of human nature.And through the establishment of private aircraft service system,the pilot tracking system and policy research center to meet the requirements for the pilot to recruitment and management of aviation development.
