摘要
对于广东电网下辖变电站中以人工目测的方式对仪器仪表读数,而难以保证读数精确度的问题,本文提出在变电站电力系统中应用一种读数自动化新方法。该方法通过纠正表盘区域,再通过检测线段算法和规则设置实现仪表读数。实验结果表明,本文方法可以快速准确的检测多个指针目标,无需任何预估计处理,准确率高,能提高变电站电力系统中仪表自动化读数的精确性。
The Artificial visual approach used in the transformer substations under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Power Grid.It is difficult to ensure the accuracy of readings.For the problem,this paper applies a new automated reading method in in Power Systems of The Transformer Substation. This method reads the data by the way which includes correction dial area,line detection algorithm and rule set.Experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately detect multiple pointer targets,without any pre-estimation process with high accuracy.It greatly improves the accuracy of the automatic meter reading in the automation of electric power system.
