摘要 实行在体育运动员训练过程中实行的监控,不仅可有效的了解到运动员的身体情况,同时可制定出合适的训练方案。本文借助信息化技术、传感器技术集成了综合的可适用于中长跑的运动员体能监测的系统,具有很强的使用性,有效的提高了教练员对运动员的训练水平。 The monitoring implementation of athletes in the sports training process,not only can effectively realize the athlete's body,also can make appropriate training scheme.In this paper,with the use of information technology,the sensor technology integrated system can be used for middle and long distance running athletes physical fitness monitoring, with the use of strong,effectively improve the coaches to the athlete's training level.
