摘要
随着城市电缆化率的不断提高,电力企业对地下电缆信息管理的需求变得越来越迫切,地下电缆管理手段已经由传统人工档案管理转向信息化管理系统,本文通过对地下电缆及其管道的信息特点进行了解,从实际管理的业务需求出发,综合运用空间数据时态化技术、CIM电网数据交换技术、三维仿真建模技术,实现地下电缆精细化管理系统,对地下信息化管理提供全方位的信息服务。
With the increasing rate of urban cables,underground cables for power enterprise information management needs become more urgent,underground cable management means has shifted from the traditional information management system manual file management,the paper through underground cables and pipes to understand the characteristics of the information from the actual management of the business needs,the integrated use of spatial data state of technology,CIM grid data exchange technology,three-dimensional simulation modeling technology,sophisticated management system of underground cables for underground information management provides full azimuth information services.
