摘要
随着社会的不断发展,为满足日益增长的全社会用电需求,保证供电可靠性,电力企业的电网建设规模相当巨大。为了降低电网基建项目管理成本,提高管理效率,创建安全、优质、文明工程,为企业获得更好、更长远的发展,必须要推进电网基建项目管理信息化。本文对电网基建项目管理信息系统的设计目标、布局、功效进行分析,并对信息系统的实施原则进行探讨。
With the continuous development of society,in order to meet the demand for electricity is the growing,ensure the reliability of power supply,power grid construction scale of electric power enterprise is huge.In order to reduce the cost of construction project management,improve management efficiency,to create a safe,high quality,civilization construction,for enterprises to obtain a better,more long-term development,must promote the power grid construction project management informatization.In this paper, the design goals of grid construction project management information system layout,function analysis,and implementation of the principles of information system are discussed.
