一直以来省级国税系统的所得税台账一般采用手工进行登记,同时企业所得税与增值税等相比,更加复杂,因此,在登记的时候具有容易出错,并且效率低下,并很难实施对所得税的管理。因此,提高对企业所得税台账管理的方式,以此更好的满足税收管理人员的工作需要,并实施对企业所得税的动态监控与跟踪管理,显得非常重要。本课题运用.NET Framework技术与Oracle9i数据库存储技术设计了企业所得税台账管理系统,并经过系统测试,具有一定的实用性,对提高对企业所得税的管理具有很大的作用。
