硬件和软件是一个计算机整体必备的组成部分,二者共同为计算机的正常运行和使用提供设备保障,软件可进一步细分为系统软件和应用软件。人们在日常生活中所谈论的"程序"大多是指应用软件。本文在论述计算机应用软件的发展历程基础上,指出我国计算机应用软件开发现状中存在的问题,并阐述了当前时代环境下常用的计算机应用软件开发技术。
