摘要
研究以不同焊接方法分别焊接Q235钢,其焊接接头在3.5%氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀行为。研究表明20℃和40℃时CO2气体保护焊的接头最耐蚀。60℃时钨极氩弧焊的接头耐蚀性最好。金相组织分析CO2气体保护焊焊缝组织晶粒细小,由珠光体和针状铁素体组成。
Research on the corrosion of Q235 steelweldjo intwe reweldedby different welding methods in th e 3.5% Sodium Chloride Solution.The results show that the joint CO2 gas shielded arc weldin-g is the most r esistant to corrosion at 20 ℃ and 40 ℃,but the joint corrosion resistance of tungsten argon arc welding i s best at 60 ℃.Analysis of microstructure of CO2 gas shielded arc welding,it is composed of pearlite and a cicular ferrite.
