摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对建筑业的要求也越来越高,智能建筑的兴建不仅满足了现代社会经济需求,更体现了我国建筑业国际化标准要求,实现了建筑业与国际接轨的目标。智能建筑融合了现代化各领域技术手段,包括计算机技术、通信技术、建筑技术、控制技术等,将多种技术有机组合,就实现了对建筑控制和服务的目的,它能够满足人们对建筑安全、舒适、便捷等要求。自动控制化系统是智能建筑基本组成部分,而建筑设备监控系统其中最基本、最重要的关键部分,其控制方式、系统集成、网络开发、等等都是智能建筑控制系统关键性问题。本文就智能建筑与建筑设备自动化控制系统进行分析,主要介绍智能建筑自动化监控系统框架构建和相关设计要求。
With the continuous development of social economy,people become more and more high to the requirement of construction,the construction of the intelligent buildings not only meets the requirements of modern social economy,more reflected in international construction industry standards,to achieve the goal of the construction industry in line with international standards.Intelligent building is a blend of modern technology in various fields,including computer technology,communication technology,construction technology,control technology,etc.,will be a variety of organic combination technology,to realize the control of construction and service purposes,it can satisfy the people to the construction safety, comfortable,convenient and other requirements.Automatic control system is a basic part of intelligent building and construction equipment monitoring system is a key part of one of the most basic,most important,its control mode,system integration,network development,key questions and so on are all intelligent building control system.In this paper,the intelligent building and construction equipment automation control system were analyzed,and mainly introduces the automatic monitoring system of intelligent building frame building and related design requirements.
