基于PLC技术的龙门刨床控制系统改造探究

在机械加工设备当中,龙门刨床是其中较大的一种,其通常是用来同时对几个工件进行加工或对一些较大的工件进行加工,其是机械加工中的主要机床之一,其在工业生产中有着极为重要的作用。对于龙门刨床来说其机构复杂、各种运动方式多,控制系统繁琐,所以普遍使用的龙门刨床,如A系列龙门刨床其在工作过程中,大多存在故障率高、维修困难、噪声大等问题,并且其能耗也相对较高。基于此,本文根据某龙门刨床改造实例,对其控制系统使用PLC技术进行改造做了重点叙述。
