摘要
光伏汇流箱监测单元现场运行过程中遭受雷击后经常发生强弱电模块间绝缘被击穿、RS485通讯故障的问题。本文针对上述2个问题进行详细的原理分析,说明第1个问题由于汇流箱内接线不当导致,第2个问题则是由于元件选型及PCB走线设计不合理导致,并据此提出优化接线方式、改善元件选型及PCB走线设计的解决方案,通过理论分析和实际测试验证了解决方案的正确性和可行性。所述解决方案原理简单、易于实现、操作方便,具有广泛推广的现实意义。
When the running monitoring unit in PV combiner box was struck by lightning it will result in 2 problems:one is that the insulation between the strong and weak electricity modules broken down,the other is that the RS485 communication module malfunctioned.This paper analyzes the principles of the 2 issues, it indicates that the first problem is caused by the improper wiring mode,the second problem is caused by improper components selection and layout of PCB.This paper suggests that optimizing the wiring mode and improving the components selection and layout of PCB.Theoretical analysis and practical testing verify the feasibility and correctness of the solutions.The principles of these solutions are simple,and these solutions are easy to realize and show high precision,they are practicable and prospective.
