摘要 随着近年来我国科学技术的迅猛发展与社会的飞速进步,使得国内企业也随着快速发展,随之而来的是日益加剧的企业市场竞争。在激烈的市场竞争中,企业怎样才能获取竞争优势,人才竞争是其根本,只要对企业人才资源予以全面掌握,才能掌握市场战争的主动权。在网络化、全球化以及信息化市场环境中,传统人力资源管理模式已经无法满足人才培养、人才激励、人才评估及技术创新等要求,企业人力资源管理正逐渐转型为网络化与信息化,并呈现与企业国际化发展相适应、信息管理等特征,在信息系统不断改善与新技术不断应用的基础上,企业人力资源管理系统应用而生。本文主要分析与探讨企业人力资源管理系统平台的优化设计。 With the rapid development of China in recent years with the rapid progress of science and technology in society,making the rapid development of domestic enterprises,followed by increasing competition in the market businesses.In the fierce market competition,enterprises how to obtain a competitive advantage,competition for talent is fundamental,as long as the corporate human resources to be fully grasp,in order to grasp the initiative in the market war.In networking,globalization and the information technology market environment,the traditional human resource management model has been unable to meet the personnel training,personnel motivation,talent evaluation and technical innovation,etc., human resource management are gradually transition to network and information technology,and presentation and international development companies to adapt, information management and other features,continuous improvement in information systems and infrastructure applications on new technologies,human resources management system application and students.This article analyzes the optimal design and investigate human resource management system platform.
