摘要
为了实现电喷系统大规模生产的目需保证其主要零部件的质量达标。因此在对电喷系统(EFI)的主要部件的结构、功能和特性进行分析后结合实际的生产要求,开发了一套摩托车电喷系统检测平台。它能够对摩托车电喷系统上的五种传感器:发动机温度传感器(ET)、进气温度传感器(AT)、进气歧管绝对压力传感器(MAP)、节气门位置传感器(TPS)以及氧(O2)传感器进行实时的检测和数据显示,通过对得到数据的分析从而判断出传感器的质量和工作性能。
In order to realize the EFI system of mass production, to ensure the quality of its main parts. After the structure,functions and characteristics analysis of main component In the electronic injection system(EFI),combined with the actual production requirements,then developed a set of motorcycle EFI system testing platform.It is capable of five kinds of sensors motorcycle EFI system:engine temperature sensor (ET),intake air temperature sensor(AT),intake manifold absolute pressure sensor(MAP),solar term door position sensor(TPS)and oxygen(O2)sensor and display real-time detection,based on the data analysis and judgment the sensor quality and performance.
