天然气采集工作站一般设立在气候多变、地形复杂的地带,而这种环境会对采集的信号发生干扰甚至丢失信号。天然气采集工作站对井口压力、温度、流量以及相关处理液体液位实时数据采集具有很高的要求。因此设计、选用高性能、可靠系数高的控制系统就显的尤为重要。针对工作站特点本文介绍采用罗克韦尔自动化公司(Rockwell Automation)Controllogix PLC的在大牛地天然气集气站的应用。

Gas collection stations set up in the general zone which climate is variability and complex terrain,the collected signal would get interference in this environment even lost the signal.Natural gas gathering station had high demands on the pressure,temperature,flow,related liquid level and real-time data collection at the wellhead.Therefore, the design and selection of high performance,high reliability coefficient of the control system is particularly important.This article describes the application of Rockwell Automation Rockwell Automation's Controllogix PLC at Daniudi natural gas gathering station, according to the characteristics of the workstation.
