基于PIC的井下测斜仪系统设计

摘要 本文针对目前石油行业,对石油钻井过程中油井姿态和井身结构信息采集与存储问题展开研究。并以PIC16F877A-I/P作为核心控制器,通过对重力场信息的采集与井斜理论原理的分析,实时计算出在钻井过程中油井姿态和方位信息。该方位信息对了解油井地下环境和事故井救援过程有着重要的意义,正确应用该方位角信息对石油仪器救援过程有重要应用前景。 In this paper,aiming at the oil industry, to study the oil well drilling process of posture and body structure of information collection and storage problem. Taking PIC16F877A-I/P as the core controller, through the analysis of the theory of information collection and the deviation of the gravity field, calculated in real time in the process of drilling wells for attitude and position information.The range of information is of great significance to understand the underground environment and oil well accident rescue process,the correct application of the azimuth information has important application prospect for Petroleum Instrument rescue process.
