长株潭“智慧城市群”信息服务关键因素模型构建

Design on Construction of the key factors in the model for the Information Service System of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan “Smart Urban Agglomeration”

信息服务在现实中普遍受到社会和经济发展水平的制约;过去人们一直忽视了使用系统科学思维进行系统化、整体性的因素构建。因此,本文运用了系统论中的中观和微观两种研究方法,对长株潭"智慧城市群"信息服务的主要因素进行了全面分析,在此基础上建立了关键因素总体模型。

Information service is restricted by the level of social and economic development in the reality;In the past people always neglect the factor system of scientific thinking systematically,the integrity of the building. Therefore,this paper uses the system theory in the meso and micro two kinds of research methods,the main factors of th Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan“Smart Urban Agglomeration”information service are analyzed,based on the key factors the general model of information service.
