基于超声波检测的新型热能表设计

摘要 针对我国热能表的应用现状,提出了适合我国实际需求的基于超声波检测的新型热能表方案。采用TDC-GP2芯片的内嵌时差法逻辑测量技术和П型管延长超声波声程技术使超声波传播时差测量精度达到纳秒级,设计了基于MSP430F413的热能表系统,并完成了系统硬件电路和软件流程的设计。新型热能表在技术上是先进的,在经济上是可行的,并提高了热量计量的准确性与可靠性。 According to the application of the calorimeter in our country,the new-type calorimeter’s technique scheme based on the ultrasonic measuring and met the actual demand of our country is researched in this paper.The chip TDC-GP2 which imbedding time-interval logic measuring technique is used andП pipeline technique which extending the distance of dissemination of the ultrasonic to upgrade the dissemination time difference measure accuracy of ultrasonic to nanosecond.The calorimeter system which based on MSP430F413 is designed,the hardware circuit and software flow design are designed.The new-type calorimeter which based on the ultrasonic measuring is advanced in technology and financially feasible, increased the accuracy and the reliability.
