摘要
本文主要是对30t轴重重载组合列车牵引及制动系统的试验与仿真研究,本课题的研究目的是通过仿真试验来建立30t轴重重载列车牵引制动系统模型,并验证其可行性;本课题仿真采用VC2010软件编写HTrain Sim以及HTrain TOD两个平台软件,通过软件模拟列车实际的运行情况,进行分析试验,并对列车运行牵引力、制动力进行计算,得出模拟参数,将模拟参数代入仿真系统,仿真系统将通过输入列车的实际参数,包括载重、车长等数据,通过阻力以及牵引力模型计算出列车当前速度,模拟绘制列车当前驾驶曲线。并根据路面实际情况提供推荐牵引力,管压等数据,辅助司机驾驶。
This paper is mainly study on Simulation and test of 30t axle load of heavy haul train traction and braking system, the purpose of this research is through the simulation test to establish 30t axle load model of traction train braking system, and verify the feasibility of this topic; using VC2010 simulation software to write HTrainSim and HTrainTOD two softwareplatform, through the operation of the software simulation of actual train,test and analysis,traction,operation of the train braking force is calculated, the simulation parameters,the simulation parameters into the simulation system, the simulation system through the actualinput parameters of the train,including truck,drivers and other data, through the resistance and traction model to calculate the current train speed, simulation drawing tr ain currentdriving curve. Recommend and provide traction according to the actual situation of pavement,pip e pressure data, auxiliary driver.
