公安交通部门管理的事项不仅仅是交通,对很多违法乱纪行为也有打击管理的职责,所以构建信息系统中应用集成技术异常重要,但是现阶段我国各地公安交通部门所研究的信息系统功能不相同,同时各个业务之间关系也不是很大,这对公安交通部门执行任务非常不便,因此需要公安交通部门研究出一套完整的应用集成技术的管理信息系统,以维护社会的安定团结。
