信息技术下高职导师制与工作室制人才培养模式的研究实践

当前,现代信息技术迅速发展,其应用与推广已经成为现代人才培养制度的必然趋势。为了提高教育质量和培养符合区域经济建设需求的创新型人才,需紧跟现代信息技术发展,提出了"导师制"与"工作室制"相结合的人才培养模式,并以计算机类专业为例进行了实践和探索,为教学模式的改革提供了参考。

At present, the rapid development of modern information technology, its application and promotion has become an inevitable trend of modern personnel training system. In order to improve the quality of education and training in line with the regional economic development needs of innovative talents, and closely follow the development of modern information technology,it proposed a training model of 'tutorial system' and 'studio system',and combined with computer professional to make a deep practice and exploration,sum up experience and puts forward suggestions for the future teaching reform.
