信息化背景下高职院校“订单式”人才培养探析

我国高职院校人才培养以满足我国市场经济的发展为需求。随着"订单式"人才培养模式的实施,这为我国高职院校将产、学、研结合起来提供了完美的范式。但是,我们也应该认识到在我国高职院校进行"订单式"人才培养的过程中也存在一些严重问题。在"订单式",人才培养的过程中,建立现代化的信息管理平台,加强政府、企业以及学校之间的有效沟通,对于推动"订单式"人才的培养具有十分重要的意义。
