现代网络信息技术的发展,给电力企业发展带了机遇和挑战,传统的绩效管理问题不断凸显,需要借助现代的科学技术进行绩效管理方法的升级和改造,以适应现代自动化、信息化管理体制发展趋势。正是基于此本文设计了基于web轻量化的电力企业绩效管理系统。
