职业技能大赛举办的目的是为了促进高职教育的可持续发展,促进高职教育与行业企业的融合,为我国经济建设和社会发展服务。如何把大赛的理念和成果转化,应用于教学和培训成为摆在我们面前的一个问题。本文总结传统教学和企业培训存在的优缺点,借鉴大赛经验,将传统教学和企业培训存在的优点相结合,并推广应用于教学和培训,旨在大大提高教学效果,培养大批高素质技能型人才。
