该系统采用TI公司专用PFC整流控制芯片UCC28019作为控制核心,构成电压外环和电流内环的双环控制,构建了有源功率因数校正(PFC)的高功率因数整流电源。其中,电流内环作用是使网侧交流输入电流跟踪电网电压的波形与相位;电压外环为输出直流电压控制环,外环电压调节器的输出控制内环电流调节器的增益,使输出直流电压稳定。系统通过IAP15F2K61S2单片机控制模块实现系统功率因数、输出电压、电流的实时测量、人机交互、输出过流保护等功能。实际测试表明,该系统电路中的功率因数高于0.98,检测误差绝对值小于2%。
The system uses TI PFC rectifier control chip UCC28019 as the control core, which constitutes the dual loop control of voltage outer loop and current loop, and the active power factor correction (PFC) is constructed. The current inner loop is to make the input current of the network side AC input current and phase of the grid voltage. The output voltage is controlled by the output DC voltage. System through the IAP15F2K61S2 microcontroller control module to achieve system power factor, output voltage, real-time measurement of current, human-computer interaction, the output flow protection and other functions. The practical tests show that the power factor of the system is higher than 0.98, and the detection error is less than 2%.
