摘要 在传统的超声TOFD法当中,存在着一定的表面检测盲区。针对这一情况,可采用TOFD与A型脉冲反射超声检测结合以及采用TOFD纵波三次反射的TOFDW检测模式检测近表面缺陷。本文阐述了这两种检测近表面缺陷方法的检测原理,然后结合人工缺陷试块,对这两种检测方法进行了实验验证。结果表明,TOFD与A型脉冲反射超声检测结合以及采用TOFDW检测模式均能够对近表面缺陷进行有效的检测。 In the traditional ultrasonic TOFD method, there is a certain surface detection blind area. In this case, the TOFD and A type pulse reflection ultrasonic detection is used, and the near surface defect is detected by the TOFDW detection mode of wave and TOFD wave. In this paper, the detection principle of these two methods of detecting near surface defects is described, and the experimental verification is carried out with the method of two kinds of detection methods. The results show that the combination of TOFD and A pulse echo ultrasonic detection and TOFDW detection mode can be used to detect near surface defects.
