摘要
针对热电偶测温仪表的测试与校准,设计了一种高精度热电偶信号发生器。该热电偶信号发生器采用虚拟仪器的结构,使用高精度的硬件电路设计方法,并集成16位电压测量单元,实现了电压输出电路的软件自动校准。测试表明,通过使用软件自动校准,能够将电压输出误差进一步降低并小于±0.01%FS。
Aims to the testing and calibrating for the temperature measurement based on thermocouples, a high precision thermocouple signal generator is designed. It contains a 16 bit voltage measurement unit to achieve the function of automatic calibration and designed with the structure of virtual instrument and the design method of high precision. The test shows that the error of voltage output is further reduced to less than ±0.01%FS with the automatic calibration.
