摘要
要推进业扩工程投资界面的延伸,必须充分考虑电力企业与电能用户的产权、投资、责任等各方面内容,使电力业扩工程的投资界面在安全、运行、维护、法律责任、服务等各方面清晰明了的前提下得以延伸,并最终实现双赢。文章就当前电网公司业扩工程现状进行了分析,并就如何推进业扩工程用户界面的延伸工作提出了几点建议,以期对各地电力业扩有所助益。
