进入21世纪,高等教育已经逐渐呈现网络化、国际化、共享化、科技化的趋势,信息技术的飞速发展更加快了高等教育的变革,人们对于高等教育资源的渴望也更加强烈。网络教育资源中最有代表性的就是开放课程(Open Course Ware,OCW)。
