摘要
随着电力的改革,供电企业的电费回收由以前的先用电后付费转变为预售电,这使供电企业在电费回收方面的风险大大降低,但是这对其管理并不意味着没有挑战。本文主要分析其在过程中存在的风险,并针对性提出解决方案,以达到优化预售电管理模式的目的。
Along with the reform of the electricity,power supply enterprise of tariff recovery by previous first electricity after pay change for pre-sale electric,which makes power supply enterprises in terms of tariff recovery risk is greatly reduced,but this the management doesn't mean no challenge.This paper mainly analyzes the risk existing in the process,and put forward the solutions, in order to optimize the power management mode to the pre-sale.
