摘要
应某研究所的要求,制作某系列卫星的动量轮控制器自动测试和可靠性筛选系统,无人状态下自动记录动量轮运行相关数据,完成动量轮控制器可靠性的测试,识别动量轮控制器电路板的早期失效,对动量轮控制器电路存在的故障进行判断,大幅度提高测试效率(约提高15倍),降低由于人工测试引起的过失误差、操作误差和主观误差等人为误差。
Upon therequest of a certain research institute,the author makes an automatic test and reliability screening system of the momentum wheel controller of some series of satellites.The system is expected to record the related data about the momentum wheel’s operation automatically,complete the reliability test on the momentum wheel controller,identify the initial failure of its circuit board and judge the fault of the board in order to improve the test efficiency greatly (about 15 times),and reduce the errors caused by manual test,such as gross errors,operation errors and subjective errors,etc.
