Video-based Weather Category Recognition System

针对目前尚未有基于视频的天气类别自动识别系统,本文设计并实现了基于视频的天气类别自动识别系统框架。对于给定的一个测试视频,该系统根据其场景是否与现有的场景相同,选择相应的分类器进行识别,最终输出对应的天气类别识别结果。

There isnot a video-based weather category automatic recognition system to date.For this purpose,this study designed and implemented a framework for video-based weather category automatic recognition system. Given a test video, the system can select an appropriate classifier to make recognizing and output corresponding weather type recognition result,depending on whether their scene are coincided with the existing scene.
