摘要
本文主要对软件项目管理中的进度控制问题进行了研究。通过对软件项目管理进度的概述,分析影响软件项目进度管理的因素,和进度管理计划控制,并提出了避免软件项目进度管理失控的措施。
In this paper, the software project management in the progress of the control problem is studied. Through an overview of the progress of software project management,analysis of the factors affecting the progress of software project management,and schedule management plan control,and put forward to avoid the software project schedule management out of control measures.
