Population aging and residential area planning and design in the era of information technology

当前,我国人口老龄化趋势越来越严重,不仅是我国经济社会发展必须关注的问题,更是居住区规划设计必须考虑到的因素。本文首先介绍了老龄化的概述及其对居住区规划设计的影响,然后分析了老年人对居住区的需求特征,最后详细探讨了居住区规划设计中应对人口老龄化的措施。

At present, the trend of population aging is more and more serious in our country, is not only the economic and social development of our country must concern, but also the factors of residential area planning and design must be considered. This article first introduces the overview of aging and its influence on residential district planning and design, and then analyzed the demand for residential characteristics in the elderly, finally discusses the measures to deal with an ageing population in the design of residential area planning.
