摘要
军队院校信息化建设水平效益直接影响人才培养质量,关乎军队信息力的生成和发挥。通过科学、客观、有效的评价,有助于规范、指导和促进军队院校的信息化建设。本文研究了军队院校信息化建设评价的主要原则,初步构建了指标体系,明确了评价程序方法,为组织信息化建设评价提供有益借鉴。
The level of information construction in military colleges and universities directly affects the quality of personnel training,which is related to the formation and development of military information force.Through scientific,objective and effective evaluation,it is helpful to regulate,guide and promote the informatization construction of Military Academy.In this paper,the main principles of the evaluation of information construction in military colleges are studied, and the index system is established, and the evaluation procedure method is defined.
