摘要
工业机器人具有质量稳定、速度可调节、抗疲劳等优势,还能替代人类完成危险系数较高的工作任务。它的广泛使用,不但可以提高生产效率,还能够提高产品质量,同时降低生产成本,减轻了工人的劳动压力。工业机器人的运动控制系统是集合电子、机械、计算机软硬件、人工智能传感器等多种先进技术的具备拟人功能的机械电子装置,也是目前工业生产机电一体化技术发展的重要研究方向。社会经济与信息科学技术的迅速发展,生产过程中受到电、磁等多种因素干扰,均对工业机器人的产品参数提出了更高的要求。尤其是工业机器人的设计方案,必须要充分体现工业机器人运动控制系统是如何处理抗干扰与保持系统性能稳定,进而确保工业机器人的高效运动控制。这也是当前工业机器人技术发展攻坚阶段所面临的难题之一。
